How we handle personal data
In short: the website does not track you, and we only use what you give us yourself, for the purpose you gave it.
Who is responsible
Hamar Kampsport SA, organisation number 913 976 304, runs Kimura Hamar and is the data controller. We are based at Torggata 83, 2317 Hamar.
Questions about privacy can be sent to kimurahamar@gmail.com.
When you visit the website
The website uses no cookies for statistics, tracking or advertising, and we have no analytics tools.
The pages are served by Cloudflare. Like every web server, Cloudflare sees your IP address while the page loads, so it can send the page to you and stop abuse.
The map on the contact page is loaded from OpenStreetMap. When you open that page, OpenStreetMap receives your IP address.
When you write to us
If you write to us, through the form on the contact page or by email, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and what you write. We only use it to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
The message ends up in the club's email at Google. We delete it when the matter is closed, and after one year at the latest.
When you book a trial class or become a member
Sign-up, membership and payment happen in Gymdesk, our membership system, not on this website. There you give, among other things, your name, contact details, an emergency contact and any health conditions we should know about. For children we also ask for the name and signature of a parent or guardian.
Gymdesk processes the data on our behalf. The company is American, so the data may be processed outside the EEA.
We use the data to administer your membership. The legal basis is the agreement you enter into with us. We keep accounting records for five years, as the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act requires. We delete the rest once the membership has ended and been settled.
Photos
The photos on the website were taken during training at the club. Photos in which children can be recognised are only published when a parent or guardian has said yes.
If you are in a photo you want removed, tell us and we will take it down.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we have stored about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw a consent you have given. We reply within 30 days.
If you think we are handling your data wrongly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority at datatilsynet.no.
